  • Communication, language and literacy – participate in discussions, presentations, debates, consider different points of view, reading and writing for different purposes
  • Numeracy – using and applying mathematical skills in real life situations, problem solving
  • Talk about different careers and education options
  • Settling and adapting confidently to new environments because transitions have been carefully planned and personalised when needed

  • Start to build a personal profile of interests and ambitions. Work with parents.
