VIDEO – Understanding Autism and Social Communication Needs for Bilingual Families

The West Sussex Autism in Schools Project* team and have worked together with the Ethnic Minority & Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS) to coproduce a resource for bilingual families who are supporting an autistic child or a child on the autistic diagnostic pathway.

Understanding Autism and Social Communication Needs’ is a short video, available in a wide range of languages, to support the understanding of autism for parent carers who are bilingual, learning English as an additional language or new to the country.
